Constant dim headlights, changing lightbulbs does not fix issue. Any possible fix?

Constant dim headlights, changing lightbulbs does not fix issue. Any possible fix?

hello!
For the pass few years now my driver's side headlamp would stay dim and only brighten if i touch the wiring behind the headlamp. Recently, the headlamp will now only stay dim regardless if I touch the wiring. And just the other day passenger side headlamp is now in a dim state.
I have changed the lightbulbs a year ago only for the same unfortunate results to show up.
Despite the dim lights on both sides of the car, the highbeams still work on the passenger side and will turn off on the driver side headlamp.
Is the a DiY fix for this?
