Cobalt This sporty compact was faced with the difficult job of replacing the popular Cavalier, but whether the base model, or the supercharged SS is chosen, is has made for a great replacement.

Exclamation Cooling Fan

I have a 2007 Cobalt LS and I am having problems with the cooling fan engaging. The fan does work, we removed it and connected it to another power source and it came on immediately. Fuses have been checked. Suggestions please.

Fan relay?

Have you verified power at the plug end?

ladybug Welcome to the forum...

I agree, check the relays for the fans at the under hood electrical box....
There may be two fuses and two relays... see attached pictures...
You might try just re-seating them first...

We checked the relay all the fuses and came up with nothing, all that was left is there is a bad wire somewhere but where is a whole different story...so to keep me from overheating the engine we have wired it through the fuse box so it only comes on when the car is started and to a toggle switch that i can control
