Hello, I have a 2008 chvy cobalt ls sedan 4 door and my cigarette lighter isnt working so I was going to try to change out the fuse but I dont know where the fuse box is located. Also, I was trying to see where can get a owners manual for my car. Thanks

 

Ebay, or dealership for the owners manual. the fuse box should be under the dash on the Driver side, or with the drivers door open, up by the dash there should be a panel you can pop off, then you can see the fuse box.

A Chilton's or Haynes repair manual from your local auto store might give you more "hands on" usable information. They're @14.$.

Unless you really need to know how to fasten a seat belt, turn up a radio, adjust your seat, or where your cigarette lighter is.

 

actually there are two fuse panels one under the hood of the car and the other is on the pass side of the center console there is a panel that just pops right off with a couple of clip not sure which fuse is the cig lighter though

 

On the 2010 Cobalt it's the 20 amp fuse under the hood marked outlet.
