I just have to say I think the colbalt is a way better choice than the civic

very nice, but civics are way cheaper than a cobalt. i prefer chevy over honda any day but hondas are still cheaper

Even if the colbalt cost more your getting more bang for buck. Think about the civic doesn't have as much power or tourqe.
the colbalt 2.2l has 148hp vs. civics 140hp colbalt has 8 more (not much but it's something) it also has 152lb ft that's an extra 24lb ft tourqe over the civic's 128lb ft

colbalt 2.0l supercharged has 205hp vs. handas 197hp si thats an extra 8hp plus the colbalt ss has 200lb ft of tourqe vs. honda's 139lbft
the colbalt wins that race by 61lb ft

even in the qauter mile the colbalt is better colbalt gets 14.4 sec@99mph vs civic's 15.7@93mph

agreed...cobalt is way better, but will they last like a honda? only time will tell i guess...
