Starter issue
I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt Sport.
So here is what happened.
My car was driven through flood water. Some water was sucked up my air flow into the filter. That was died out by hand from the filter and the compartment where it goes.
My starter was fried.
I just bought and installed a new one.
Now when in starting position to turn on the car it only makes a single click noise and does not start.
May I have some suggestions of what to do next?
