Default steering wheel wiggle after letting off the brakes

Looking for possible causes and ways to test theory if possible.

Steering wheel twists a small amount after letting off the brakes after I come to a complete stop. It just happens as the breaks release. It feels also like the car lowers just a tiny amount as well.

Recent work.
sway bar bushings (today)
front bearings less than 3K
front rotors and pads less than 10K (wrapped after kiddo spent a summer in the mountains).
Front suspension (struts, lower control arm, sway bar links, ball joints, full brakes (rotors, pads, calipers, caliper pins, everything)) less than 30K

No pulling to the side during driving, braking, or after breaking.
Problem has been noticeable for over 10k miles.

Other "noises" The car has had a weird minor rattle noise from inside the steering column during braking that comes and goes (gone for weeks on end) with no rhyme or reason. Happens under light or heavy breaking and when no pulsating in the brake peddle or shimmy in the steering like one would have from wrapped rotors.

The fact that the steering wheel is showing something is not right up front.
Also no mention of the rear brakes, anybody check them?
