Default 2016 Colorado door switches dead.

Hi All,

Dorian pelted the passenger side of my Colorado ( Bahamas) with 36 hrs of driving rain. No salt water flooding, but a week later all door switches stopped functioning.
Stopped working while running around, worked one min, dead the next. Fuses good.
Key fob does unlock and lock doors, Transmission in drive and 15mph does lock them. No smoke out of the door that i detected from the control module.
(been reading online about the BCM?)
No dealer on Island.
130 miles away over water!
Where to start? Ideas?

Thanks all,

Chris

That water may have damaged the engine bay fuse box or something is shorting out or did short out.

Fuse box is on opposite side of the passenger side, which was partially sheltered. No signs of dust washed away from fuse box lid or battery etc. or anything under the hood.
Passenger side doors took it for hours tho.

You can try this...Do a hard reset of the vehicle, this fixed a sound setting bass treble etc for me and another fellow...., its a try and should not harm anything or make it worse that I know of, it did keep me out of the dealer (originally posted by Isaiya for my issue!), You may have added issues, Your rig took a big hit ......go to Setting's scroll to the bottom the reset is there, Good Luck
