Colorado fans won't turn after fan replacement

I got in an accident and replaced my fan with a oem fan do I need a scan tool to relearn the system because fans are not operating. Need assistance

I dont know what year your truck is but the fan in my 05 has a relay for the fan u could check that then pull relay out and jump the relay. If u dont know how to do that message me and i will explain it
