Default Issues with my 05 colorado, anyone know the problem?

I turn on my truck and it turns on perfect, when I rev it in park it seems when i let go of the acce. pedal it feels like it wants to turn off, but it doesnt. It keeps running and i try it again and it does the same thing and im pretty sure its not suppose to do that. Anyone know what could be the problem? Is this common?
Thanks in advance.

Have you brought this to the attention of your local dealer? I would recommend contacting them for more information. I can also look into this with your VIN. Please feel free to contact me via private message. Thank you.

Tricia, GM Customer Service.

I am going to take the stance that more than enough people have nick named Dealerships as "Stealerships" and with good justifications. The pricing of repairs there are just over the top.And yeah I know those dealerships "try" to say it is because it is because the costs equipment and training, but a lot of it is inflated profits. As far as the needed equipment, hey Chevy designs the product,so if they truly care about "customer service",Chevy wouldn't design a product who's sole goal is after purchase profits.

I have reported this user Chevy Customer Service who from what I have seen has two different people using it to site management and never hearing back anything.

The odd part about a user like this,is most people posting here are trying to get away from Stealership repair costs wanting advise to repair their own vehicles. This user from what I have seen has never provided that advise and now from this post wants it to go underground to PM's.

So I am asking on the open forum,is this a vendor of some sort??. It sure would help me to understand whats going on.

BTW-while I am at it,when a poster wants to go to PM's,makes me wonder about the honestly of that poster.Kind of like they have something to hide...............

I believe Chevrolet Customer Service folks are legit, i.e., they do work for GM (as contractors). I'm thankful that at least they aren't somebody in South America or India who speaks US English as a second language.

As for the "Stealership" label (libel?), "dealership" is enough of bad connotations for me. At least one usually doesn't have to haggle over the price at the service department. You just need to find a place with good people and maintain some sort a relationship.

Two things here EinSt.I am asking site management to answer the question. The other thing is the term I paraphrased is one that I am repeating that I have seen a number of times.Libel????Unlikely.On a site by design that is to offer advise to do your own repairs save money is unusual.Seems to be counter to the site.
