Default Setting up bluetooth

On a 2011 Colorado how do you set up the Bluetooth?

If you read the manual it will walk you through the process. However, I found that the engine has to be running for the activation to work.

That is if the vehicle came equipped with the "Bluetooth for phone" option which is not the case in the majority of cases. For some reason, a lot of folks get faked out by the audio control buttons on the steering wheel.
