Speedometer reprogram

2019 Chevy Colorado. I installed bigger tires and want to reprogram my computer/speedometer. What is best way to get this done? Dealer isn’t able to do this.

surprized that the dealer can't do this. all gms i have worked on pre 2016 allow for tire sized change in the ebcm. you can buy a programmer for approx $150 to do this also.
