stuck speedometer cable
Have a 2005 Colorado and the speedometer wouldn't zero out. Would show 18 MPH even when stopped. To fix, I held the trip/odometer button in while I turned the key to run( not start ) and I watched the speedometer go down to 10MPH. Did it again, and it zero out. Drove it and it is working fine.
