When pressing the ignition switch all electric power was disconnected and the car would not start. No instruments, interior light etc. Acted as though the battery was completely dead. Battery tested OK. I tried several times to restart and it finally did. GM dealer could not replicate the problem. Any thoughts??

 

I can verify something along these same lines. A week ago. I tried to hit the "Reset" button and instead hit the starter button. The engine quit and all lights went out for a few seconds. I had to come to a complete stop to restart the engine.
