Hello I am doing this for my Dad who does not do anything computers. The picture attached show the specs of what he is looking for and basically needs to know what other vehicles are CLOSE to these specs. It is to adapt to a 1978 Corvette and he is pretty much able to fabricate anything that is do-able.

It must be a Hydraulic rear steer power rack & pinion steering unit from a vehicle that he could go to a junkyard and get (something close) and then he can make it fit.

Basically, he wants to know if there are any other vehicles - besides a Corvette- that can be fabricated to work. Clear as mud? If there are questions, I can get answers but I am just a go between!

you want to make 4 wheel steering correct? gm had a 4ws Silverado somewhere in the 2000-2006 range. Nissan had the hicas system on their 240's. Maybe you could research this two models.
