Default 2011 Cruze not starting

I bought a 2011 Cruze 1.4 cylinder with almost 156,000 miles in march. In the past when I’m on the turnpike with cruise control set at 80-85 mph it would struggle with the repetitive hills I was driving up and down so cruise control would punch the gas and my rpm’s would go up and my overheat, idle engine and usually stabilitrak warning wld sound and I wld slow down significantly and the warning would stop and I stopped using cruise control. Well the other night I failed to stop cruise control before starting the multiple small inclines and when I noticed the rpm’s I immediately cut it off to drop the rpm’s and after I received 3 different overheat warnings. The first said a/c off due to engine temp (I did not hv my a/c on to begin with), the overheat idle engine and a coolant too hot warning. I pulled over and idled for a second until I noticed the temp gage was all the way to the right and I cut off the engine. All the coolant was gone and u added 3 bottles of water I managed to get and tried starting it after the warnings all stopped and it tries to start but won’t. I had it towed and discovered a radiator hose was torn and had it replaced. Now when I turn the key the display says “reduced engine power, service stabilitrak, service traction control” and it still tries to start but won’t. What could be the issue? Thank you!!!
