Had to park the Cruze due to a water leak issue 2 years ago. Installed new battery, lights come on and horn starts blowing (alarm) until key fob door lock button clicked. Everything comes on, but when the starter is attempted everything goes off except the check engine light.
Battery is fully charged, All cable ends are in great shape and tight. I've checked the fuses, pulled and replaced them along with the relay. Fuse is good unsure about the relay. Also I've tried the 10 minute trick found here in the forums.

 

FIXED, and really feel stupid about now. Forgot to reconnect the 12v starter cable to the fuse at the battery box.
