Default 2013 Chevy Cruze Bluetooth issues

Hello,

My name is Michael and am experiencing issues with the bluetooth/radio of my Cruze. The most important and pressing issue is the fact that my bluetooth will not connect to my phone even though it has been paired and worked before. I've had issues and have gone to the dealership before for it. Usually they work with me for a little bit and we seem to find a stop-gap solution. Currently my Bluetooth is deciding to show that my phone has connected to the car, but when i try to access any of the features like for example music it will unallow me to do so. For example, when I toggle sources for music like AM, FM, XM, CD, and bluetooth the bluetooth will not light up. Then after I turn off my phone's which is the only thing that is on the device list paired to the car; the car will still show that it has something connected to it. I have tried this while the car is in park and I have even turned the car off opened the door to see if it would reset and am still having the same issue. Help would be greatly appreciated.
