Angry 2015 Chevy Cruze LT - Reduced Engine Power / Service stabilitrak and Traction Control

I bought my 2015 Cruze LT last April, it currently has 36,552 miles on it and it has been at the dealership for about 12 days now with reduced engine power with check engine light on, service stabilitrak and service traction control errors. So far the dealership has done an idle relearn, replaced the negative battery cable, replaced the ECM and newest "fix" is replacing the battery. I have become very nervous that GM doesn't care if the car is dangerous and trying all kinds of cheap fixes because it is under warranty. I have picked up my car 2 times already and had to turn it back in as it was not fixed and they didn't test drive properly. The first time (after the idle relearn) they did not test drive it at all (mileage was the same as when i dropped it off) and the check engine light was still on when i started the car, the second time i made it down the street as they disconnected the battery to turn the light on. My car decided to go back into limp mode right around a blind corner and I was almost rear ended by a few people as my car wouldn't move faster than 5mph. Now i am being told they replaced the battery and will be having me come get it tomorrow as they still need to test drive. I don't understand how a battery that tested perfect 4 times all of sudden is the "fix" to this issue. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as I don't think the dealership is actually taking care of my car properly and I fear I am going to be in a bad accident since the car suddenly goes into limp mode.

I did find online that replacing the valve cover is the fix but not sure. I asked the dealership to check into it and I feel they won't because I am a woman and what do woman know. lol. Ugh, this is my first and possibly last Chevy. Sucks because i was looking forward to getting the new Equinox soon.

Thank you!
