2016 Cruze Sun roof exploding
Hi I was wondering if anyone else has experienced their sunroof shattering in the 2016 Cruze.
I was driving about 50km/h (about 30mph) with some cars around me but not near any overpasses when my sunroof came down on me and started sliding down my rear windshield. Luckily, I had the cover over it otherwise it would have come down right on me.
A glass specialist said that he heard the Cruzes were having some problems with the sun roof and when I brought it into the dealership they said that only some of the cruzes (depending on the vn number) would be covered under warrantee because the glass was faulty.
The dealership is saying that they think it was a rock but I don't a rock would have been able to do this, especially since there have been problems with this car model and sun roofs.
