Exclamation Engine light and no heating

I work for doordash, so I drive often. Yesterday, I got back into my car and the heater wasn't working. I didn't hear the fan running or anything. However it would turn on every once in a while after I went over small bumps in the road. Not sure if it's a wiring issue or something else. Some have told me that it could be the heater core. I have a friend who has a code reader and it gave the following codes; 07E8, 07EA, 07EB

Unless those codes are Mexican, where the Cruze is built, I'd find a better code reader. Those are not any codes I've seen and I have an expensive Innova code reader. Try disconnecting the battery and see if any clear up for you.

I did go to autozone and had them use their system to check for anything and it came up with nothing... Thank you for helping me though! I've been researching those codes for hours with no results

If it turns on after going over bumps, then check the blower motor and the blower resister.
