am New on this forum so lost of questians

It seem my multirim broke , car starts but no servo etcetera..
so need to replace all the belts , is this possible when engine is in the car ? Do i need to remove the rigjt wheel ?
i want to do myself coz my dealer is a thief

My car is a cruze 1.6
