Default These cars are just garbage

Hello everyone,,
Constantly in need of repair. I type this as I sit waiting for the thermostat and thermostat housing to be replaced at a cost of nearly $500.

Nothing but problems since since the day I drove my Cruze off the lot. Too many to list here. GM should be ashamed of themselves selling this trash to people.

Not it only am I going broke having to constantly sink money into this car it is financed through GM's Ally Financial. Over the 4 years I have had the car I have probably paid at least $2500 out of pocket for repair not covered under warranty and Ally has the audacity to call me looking for payment if I miss one after I have explained to them numerous times about the continuous problems with this car.

Apparently GM has no shame.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you save some money by getting help here. Thermostats can be repaired by novices.

GM sold off Ally Financial, so GM has nothing to do with your car loan payments.

Sorry to hear about your problems with the Cruze. I had a 2011 Cruze until recently and only had one problem with it and that was repaired under warranty..

use cruzetalk.com. $500 for a thermostat job? It's a few bolts. You can pop the hose off and keep it vertical so coolant doesn't drain out and then remove the housing in 30 seconds... wipe the area and reinstall with a new one... in leas than 10 mins and $40..

If you want to save money than get under the hood lol
