Default Camshaft for 496 rebuild

Hey guys,

I am rebuilding a 1973 Mk IV block 454 as a 496 stroker, and I need some help with what camshaft setup to order. It is going to be a daily driver, but I want to take it out into the mountains and mud on the weekends. I'm looking for a longer duration cam with a bit of a rough idle, one that will help with torque output, but don't know if I want solid, solid roller, hydraulic flat or hydraulic roller. Since I'm in Alaska, the motor has to idle just fine at -45°F. I have an engine block and battery heater already.

Any help and advise is appreciated,

Carl
