Default HELP! 383 sbc stroker engine

Hi all I'm new to this so please bare with me, I calling out to all you chev engine builders for your thoughts and advise.
I have just purchased a 383 stroker engine with very low mileage and in excellent condition but don't know how much hp it will be making. Can your please tell me how much hp it will make and your thoughts to make it better.
-4bolt mains
-eagle 4340 forged stroker crank
-eagle forged 6" H-beam rods
-Srp forged pistons
-crane mech roller cam (not sure on spec) part number 118131
-afr 210 race rads alloy heads 75cc
-crane 1.5 7/16 roller rockers and stud gurdles
-edelbrock super victor intake manifold 2925
-Barry grant silver claw 850dp carby
-compression was measured and tested while heads are off to clean and the guy calculated 10.1:1 comp
-running a 3800 stall converter on a turbo350 with a 3.55 diff gears.

im thinking about shaving heads to 64cc to build comp up to 11:1 and machining intake manifold for better flow. Also maybe put a 4000 stall converter?

Advise is desperately needed . Not sure if I should touch it or leave it as it is? Or what can be done to make better preformance. This is mainly a crazy streeter and maybe strip.
