LQ4/LS6 upgrade questions

LQ4/LS6 upgrade questions
Ive read alot on other but have not seen any firm answers on this. I tried seaching but it wasnt to productive.
I need to replace one head on my LQ4 and have found a set of 243's for $350. So I figured I would upgrade. What else would be needed to put these heads on my truck. Ive seen people say I can run the stock intake with the new heads and Ive seen that the intake, pushrods and a PVC system needed to be added. Any info on this would be great.
Will the LS6 intake be a bolt on upgrade for my truck or will I need to change any thing else.
I plan on doing a motor rebuil in the next 12months so Im looking to start gathering parts. I figured a small cam and tune was on order also.
