Default Big Cooling Fan - Won't Start

I have a Equinox 2006 and the big cooiling fan (the one on the driver side) won't start. I checked the fuses / relay and nothing. I replaced the fan motor and the problem continues. Also the mechanic checked that current is flowing to the motor. Anyone have experienced this issue?

You have a new motor and there is 12 volts going to it and it doesn't run. No something is wrong. Either there is not 12 volts going to it or you got a defective new motor. This is easily checked with a volt/ohm meter. Check the line to the motor yourself with the meter to see if it is getting 12 volts. You can ohm out the motor to check if it is good.
