Blinkers not working

Right rear blinker and break light not working
My right rear blinker and break light isn't working. The bulb will light when the headlights are on, but will not come on for breaking or turning. The bulb looks fine, changed it anyways- it still doesn't work. I've tried all the connections in the tail light assembly- everything looks good. Where do I turn to next? Any ideas?
