My CEL came on. I used a Centech OBDII scanner to check the code. The code is P0100 $07E8 Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit.

I replaced the air filter, which was very dirty, cleaned the air intake tube of oily residue and sludge. Which I assume is from the PCV valve, and then I used MAF Sensor Cleaner and cleaned the sensor. Then I used throttle body cleaner and cleaned the TB. I also unplugged the wires and looked them over, and re plugged them in. After re-installing everything, i go down the road and the CEL comes back on.

So, I replaced the MAF sensor today and re cleaned everything. I also took off the PCV hoses and elbows and cleaned them as well. Reset the codes, drove down the road, and the CEL is back on again.....

Any ideas? I'm stumped.
