<table width="100%" border="0"><tbody><tr><td width="100%" valign="top">My vehicle has been giving problems starting. 2 nights ago I had attempted to start the car 5 times before it turned on. Today, it took me a couple attempts until I pressed the gas and presto, it worked. I'm not sure if that was a coincidence. Also, there was a gassy odour when it turned on but shortly went away. Is there anything I can check myself or should I bring it into a mechanic.

Mind you the noise is not a clicking noise, it's as if its trying to start, but cant. </td></tr><tr><td valign="top">
