2005 Code help!

2005 Code help!
I took my 2005 Equinox LT in for an inspection and it failed for the following codes:
U31D5
C3000 = x4
PODD6
P17CE
P12CF
P0100 = x2
When I put the OBD tool on it it shows a P0128 code.
The temp gauge does not fluctuate and runs in the normal range. Heat and AC work fine. Other than the engine light everything works as it should.
I changed the thermostat (195 deg) and flushed the system. I also changed the Mas Air Flow Sensor.
I am about the change the ECT sensor to see if that helps. When I changed the Thermostat the eng light did go off for approx 100 miles.
Anyone have these issues and/or resolutions?
