Default 2007 Equinox LS - Front end bobbing/bouncing

Hello all. I have an '07 equinox LS 2WD ~200k miles. I recently noticed that, when going along bumpy or uneven roads, the front end of the car will begin to bob up and down with a pendulum effect. This seems to have started after I had jacked up and later lowered the vehicle while replacing the radiator fan assembly. My suspicion is leaning towards a strut or shock but I have little to no experience with suspensions. Any other ideas on what might have caused this?

With that many miles, your front struts are probably completely worn out and need to be replaced ASAP. Your rear shocks may be shot as well. I recommend using KYB shocks & struts.

Bad suspension components dramatically increases stopping distance & reduces stability, so don't put off making necessary repairs.
