The vents in the cabin of my equinox are not blowing any air in, when I turn the fan speed up I can hear the air blowing in underneath the dash but it is not coming out of the vents with both the heat and a/c. I’m not sure if it could be something disconnected or a blown fuse. I don’t think it’s anything with the air motor because I can hear it blowing air it’s just not getting to the cabin.

 

maybe the cabin filter is plugged...remove it and see if proper airflow is restored.

 

Most people don't even know the CAF is even there. Even Class 8 heavy vehicles are using cabin air filters these days!

 

The sad part is that it isn't a new thing, but most folks that aren't car-savvy are completely unaware of them. GM in particular has been using them in most of their vehicles for over 20 years. Our 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue had one, and I replaced it twice in the 5 years we owned it.
