Default 2011 Equinox loss of power while driving

My 2011 Equinox will suddenly act as if it is running out of gas while driving. This happens at variable speeds and is very intermittent. Sometimes it will stall but it will start right back up. I have been to three different mechanics who have performed troubleshooting and they could not come up with a cause. I have done the following work trying to fix this issue: New spark plugs, new air filter, new VVT sensors, new upsteam and downstream O2 sensors (there was a code showing for these), new Mass Air Flow sensor, new throttle body, Injector cleaning (done by a dealer). My fuel pressure is 58 psi (key on engine not running). Fuel pressure is 58 psi while running and will drop to 40 psi. I don't know what the fuel flow is. There are no codes showing. Has this condition happened to anyone else? I would appreciate any and all suggestions for repair of my Equinox.
