I have a 2008 Pontiac Torrent GXP AWD (same as 08 equinox sport) and transmission has started to shift very hard from 3-4th gear (everytime). In tapshift or in drive does it. In reverse the car shakes when moving backwards. Transmission was replaced (not rebuilt) by GM at 30K miles because the bearings went in it. Now it has no warrenty and car has 80K miles on it (only 50K on the new transmission). I know for the most part the 6spd autos are solid transmissions but for some reason am stuck with the bad ones lol.

Any idea what it could be as a valve body, shifting solenoid? Or anyone else had these problems and can point me to the right direction? The car has not thrown a CEL yet either.

 

Even though no one has replyed to me, if anyone wants to know the whole transmission needs rebuilt again. Took it to a transmission shop and was told how its shifting and acting that it is done.
