I have a 2006 equinox ac not blowing cold so I checked pressure at ports was 75 low 285 high blowing 67 at vent on 70 degree day 50 percent humidity took freon out down to 10 psi low 100 high blowing 37 at vents and freezing at evaporator and expansion valve added freon up to 37 low 200 high blowing 35 at vents still freezing at evaporator and expansion valve compressor never kicks out during all these scenarios system dosent want to cycle on and off

 

it won't cycle off as its not a clutch cycling system. it uses a variable displacement scroll compressor...so the compressor runs whenever the ac system requested.
have the system accurately charged by weight of refrigerant. charging by a pressure gauge is not accurate.
