Default Auto stop not working and also service brake assist light

Im not sure if they are connected or not but I just recently had my 2019 Chevy Equinox in for a oil change and a tire rotation (last week actually). I have seen the "service brake assist" come on randomly a few times, mentioned it last time I went to get an oil change but no "codes" popped up. Now since my oil change last week I have noticed that my "auto stop" has stopped working. It has 37,xxx miles on, bought it certified pre-owned (it was a previous lease) over a year ago.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

Thanks so much!

Yes it did, and I think we got an extended warranty on it as well if I remember correctly.

Well I mean I like my car, just looking to see what could possibly be wrong or how to possibly fix it. If anyone else has dealt with this, ya know?

take it back for them to fix, like your warrant says they should.
I didn't say give it back.

A system scan at a properly equipped garage or dealer, not just an OBDII scan for emission codes, will turn up problems not viewed with your typical AutoParts store free scan. That's a good place to start. Intermittent faults can be difficult to trace. I'm guessing a wheel speed sensor may be the issue.

I actually have a friend who used to own his own shop so I stopped by him and he scanned my car...this is a picture of some codes that popped up..

Visual wiring inspection, Checking power(s) and ground(s) to the module and a scope on the CAN bus. Looking for wiring damage either chafing or rodent or corroded connectors. That's my new internet guess.

Reading these posts is a little bit like a comedy. Please don't get the wrong impression.

What could be the reason you don't care to take the vehicle back to the place of purchase and have them take care of the problem, which should be covered by the warranty.

There is more going on here and it could get expensive to correct and it would be a wise move to have the place that should pay the bill handle the problem.
Just in case there is a really good reason for not taking it back for the repair, this will require someone with the info available, the necessary experience, and tools to find and correct the root cause.
