Default Carbon sensor recall wrecked my bcm, tcm, ecm.

I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. Recently brought truck in to dealer for recall work (Carbon sensor) and also have them do warranty work on my catalytic converter (replace it).because I couldn't get my truck inspection done. After having my truck for one day they call and say truck is ready. I pick truck up and asked if they fixed everything service manager tells me that they did the recall work but could not do the cat work because after doing recall work it reset the computer and the check engine light and codes where gone. To drive the truck for the drive cycle to get truck ready for inspection. Now I have problems with the truck starting. I bring back to dealer they can't see anything wrong with the truck starting but tell me I need a new battery. I bring the truck to my mechanic he tests the battery and there is nothing wrong with it. Check engine light comes back on I bring to dealer they fix cat warrant issue and say nothing is wrong with truck starting.so I pick up truck and truck has no problem starting for two to three weeks, until today tried to start and it hesitated and then started. What do I do?
