Start with the basics.. check all the fuses, use your owners manual to identify the fuses and physically check them...
Is it just the lights that are not working or all the gauges?
If just the lights make sure they have not been turned off or down with the IP dimmer located near the head light switch...
If its gauges also and all the fuses check out, you may want to pull the IP and check and re-seat the electrical connectors to the panel...

If you have checked all the fuses you may want to remove the IP = Instrument Panel from the dash and check the electrical connectors to the back of the panel they may be loose or not fully seated...
If you are not comfortable with doing this I would suggest a trip to your local dealership to have the panel looked at...

I have been tested by screening device specialist and he told me that he is dead and must be fully replaced, but I'm not convinced this result
If it was an electronic malfunction or electric, is irreparable when specialist?
