My problem with the window tilting forward and popping out of track was cause by a piece of the weather stripping near the mirror had become deformed and was causing the window to hang up at this point when rolling up the window. A simple shearing off of the rubber so the track was clear again fixed the problem. Lubing the track as others have stated does help keep this from happening again.

 

Same problem here, I've already put in a new regulator, it is better, but still hanging in the front channel or weatherstrip. I will look at the run and see if it is blocked by the same weatherstrip if not I am going to replace the front channel and glass run. I will keep you posted

 

my 2008 was in the body shop 3 times for this recently and he still can’t fix it.
