Default Lubing driveshaft spline & window runs out of track

2004 Silverado, 5.3, auto. I want to lube the driveshaft front spline (yoke) and am asking if I will be in any suprises? Or is it pretty straight forward? Unbolt at the rear end, pull it out, lube and re-install. 2nd question, the passenger side window sometimes runs out of the track when going up (at about the 3/4 point). Any easy fix for it? Thank you.

If you can't use the GM recommended slip yoke grease part # 12345879 (its expensive) The pint I have was 37 bucks, Use a marine grade high temp water proof grease. The grease you get for chassis lubrication in the Autozones and Walmarts will break down and could get in the trans.
