I know that the post is from january but just incase...i wanted to replace my rear emblem, called chevy and they said itd be 95 dollars!! so since i still had the emblem i just painted it a satin black and used some molding tape to put it back up, looks great. i dont know if you have the emblem or not, but if you dont the only other suggestion i could make would be to look around on ebay.

I know it's been a bit but I was able to pick up one on eBay for $25... it was a rare find though! It came in the OEM GM box, plastic and all. I had been looking for several months (I got tired of a pesky U missing!)

There is a major issue with emblems on almost all gm products. I have a 2009 uplander and the emblem had to be replaced when I bought the van. If you look on the GM lots you will see dozens of GM mostly trucks with damaged emblems. The seals on the emblems are failing and they let the water in between ruining the gold aluminum foil . I dont think they have found a solution to this problem yet.
