Hot under the collar
210 F is normal and you are way over that by far. Might have a water pump that is not spinning the vanes fast enough (loose shaft and vanes due often to plastic crap) or a bad hose, in addition to a bad thermostat or radiator.
Okay apparently when I bought it the head gaskets were cracked or bloated or something and it kept overheating couldn't figure out why it replaced the thermostat I replaced the water pump by bypass the heater core and I found out that the water wasn't boiling out the pressure from the cylinders was causing it to bubble out of the overflow on the reservoir so as a quick fixnot having the funds or the skills to redo the head gaskets at the time I put an automatic air release which cuz air buildup from the cylinder heads was causing it to run hot where the bleeder screw goes for the cooling system and maximum operating temperature is 375 for the valve it work beautifully I just forgot to keep an eye on coolant levels so I think it may have ran out of coolant and melted the inside of the valve that's why I was wondering the temperature
Yeah exhaust gases will heat things up as they were meant for the exhaust manifolds. You likely have warped heads now, so something like an engine block sealer won't work, and they only work for a limited time. I'd be thinking a new or rebuilt motor now. I can tell that your English is not great, but it's too late to replace your engine IMO I am sorry to inform you.
Replacing the coolant temperature valve at this point is moot along with head gaskets. When one has an exhaust leak in the US, you crack the radiator cap half-way to let the exhaust vent, until you can do repairs. I think you are WELL beyond that point, to say the least.
If you are lucky, the coolant hasn't made its way to the bearings, which is VERY unlikely even if you can't see it in your motor oil, so you will be replacing your motor sooner, rather than later. It matters not about your 375F degree valve temp at all.375 degrees is less than cooking a turkey in, and it means nothing.
Some good buys on e-Bay and the like, elsewhere, but a cherry-picker you will need for that, which can be rented not owned. Best of luck to you.

What's f*** you mean my English ain't good I'm a born and bred full-blooded American English is the only language I speak not the point I just need to know what the maximum temperature would be like worst case scenario how hot will it get

I meant you no harm and I apologize for any upset I caused you. .It's just that your sentence structure could be better, so as to make your words more correctly inline and to easily read. I intended no harm at all.
