My Equinox has a rear camera and is equipped with tow mode. The build sheet has tow package listed. The camera view that is used to assist in positioning the hitch is not activated. I know it is there because one day it displayed that view unsolicited. It also has displayed the rear view without the grid which can be turned on and off. The only view displayed on the rear view screen is the standard rear view with the ladder reference marks. I couldn't find any reference to how to get the tow hitch view activated in the manual unless I just wasn't looking in the right place.
Another thing is the Auto Stop feature. I'd like to turn it off but can't find any instruction on how to do it. The reason is that starters are listed as a known problem with that series engine and I'd like to turn it off.
Any ideas?
