Default Remote start does not fully heat vehicle

I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox and just purchased the remote start. My truck barely gets warm when I use it. My front defrost barely gets rid of the ice on my windshield.
My vehicles in the past that I've had remote starts for would generate so much heat that the windows would sweat. Never had an ice issue, because it all defrosted.
Does this have anything to do with the fact my engine shuts off when I'm stopped at light?
I'm just so upset I paid for a remote start to warm my interior up before I get in the car, and I don't feel any comfort!

I think if it's a factory remote, it won't do any climate control. I've had factory, and after market, after market set what climate control you want, before you exit the vehicle.
