Sound System of my car Equinox is not working .
Battery OK
Smart Screen OK
Can play music and radio but no sound
Car can not produce any sound including alarm sound

I run local service center then they check with diagnostic computer box and say no error.
they also check fuse box and say no error.

I live in very far away from Yangon.So Any suggestion please

 

Try this. Allow your phone to connect to the system via bluetooth. Then make a call, have someone answer. Then hand up using the on screen control. The music may be muted because it's stuck in phone call mode and making a call sometime gets it back to normal.

I had already tried it.

When I make a phone call via bluetooth, the person I make a phone call, can hear my voice.
But I can hear any sound from him ( My car sound system is not working)

 

Fuse to the amp maybe?
