xm capable radio in 2018 equinox ls
why did chevy not install a factory xm capable radio in this model?
And what options are available , factory or after market?

all depends on the trim level built into the vehicle...higher trim levels with have xm.
call the dealer...maybe they can upgrade it.
Aftermarket stand alone units are cheap $100 and a professional installer can hide all the wires so it looks tidy.
