Default Any problems LED turn signals, Stops and running lights

Hi

If its not too much problem I would like to change my running lights and stop lights to LEDs ,
it seems from youtube that 3157 is the normal bulb number , but not sure if thats only for turn signals or ????

As far as the turn signals , are there bulbs that have correct resistance so they flash at normal speed ?

anything else I should think about ?

its a 2005 panel van

Thanks for your help

I don't know if a '05 has a flasher, or uses a Body Control Module, but if it has a flasher, you can get a solid state flasher, and not worry about resistance.
