Default 1500 Vs. 2500 (Need Help ASAP!)

Hi guys.

I plan to buy either 1500 or 2500 cargo van over the weekend. Can anyone advise methe differences between cargo 1500 and 2500. As far as I know, the difference is the engine, nuts on the tire and payload. I am guessing that since 2500s have heavier payload, I would assume shocks, coils and suspensions are different. Are there other difference besides what I had just mentioned?

Thanks in advance.
