Default no lights...NEED HELP ASAP

I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe 2door 4wd. I have had great luck with this truck until about a month ago... My rear brake lights and turn signals do not work nor do the hazard lights. But the running lights do work. Im very frustrated because i have replaced all of the bulbs and the light socket strips in the tail lights along with checking the fuses and i have replace the signal relay in the fuse panel. The odd thing is the third brake light flashes constantly until the brakes are applied... the relay also clicks while the light is flashing (3rd brake lt). The front turn signal do work properly....If you have an idea how to help me please respond. thanks!!!!

Default RE: no lights...NEED HELP ASAP

most likley it is the turn signal switch itself. I have an 95 s-10 and it is doing the same thing but the third brake light does not flash. I was told by selveral people that it is the turn signal switch.
