Hey guys, I have a 2017 Express 3500 LS and having an issue where when it’s hot outside 80+ within 5 minutes of starting the van the compressor will purge refrigerant. This started last year in May and the dealer replaced the fan clutch and it was good all the way until now and it’s doing it again. Just got it back from the dealer and of course it’s intermittent and they want to see it happen to get a solution to it. After it starts running it won’t purge again. They don’t think it’s the fan clutch since they just replaced it. Does anyone have any experience with this and anything I can take a look at to get this resolved? I do commercial HVAC so I understand the refrigeration system but vehicles systems is not something I have doven into yet. Thank you!
